Prayer Room

I haven't posted for a while, so, I thought what better way to start out posting than to tell about exciting news. Our church (Victory Dream Center of Carbondale, Illinois) will soon be launching a Prayer/worship Room for teens and adults! Sound exciting, huh? Well, it is a dream come true for me and my friends Matthew and Chris. I hope that it will help me, and anyone else who comes there, with our walk with God.

Sinagog church!!!!

Well, I'm not sure that's how u spell sinagog but it will have to do. Tomorrow I am going to church with my grandpa and he goes to a sinagog where they study about the "reformed jews". If you don't know what a "reformed jew" is, it is a jew that has been opened to holy spirit and revealed to the truth about Jesus Christ and has acepted Jesus into there heart. Tomorrow when I get home I will post more about the sinagog and how my experience was.

How are all of my blog readers?! I know its been a LONG TIME since I posted on here. I'm always doing yard work, washing the cars, or taking care of Alexis so I don't do a whole lot of internet stuff right now.

Healing

Well, as some of you (blog readers) know I was sick last week. I am thankful that God healed me and my sister Katie, plus my friend Tara (from mommyheadadventures.com ) and her son Ryan. Also my friend Derek and my best friend Matthew (from rockyourfreedom.blogspot.com ), also my friend Danae (from danae-price.blogspot.com ). My friend Danae is starting to feel better and Tara and Ryan have been over it for about a week. I am praying for anyone else who is sick, and hoping that they get better soon.

Well, I know that I haven't posted in a couple of days. As most of you should know I have been in texas for the past two weeks. For the past to days I have been at my dads house in the middle of no where about five or ten miles away from the little town Mabank, Texas. We had almost no internet signal and Uncle Jims computer was really slow. In a few minutes I am going to make a post or a page with all the pictures I took from our trip.

Sorrow and Joy at the Same Time

Well, it turns out that I am staying in Texas until Saturday Morning. My dad wasn't able to stop and visit us today so he is coming and getting us tomorrow and then we are going back to Illinois Saturday morning, just in time to miss baby sitting my cousins. :(

Sister Free!

Well, by the title of this post you know what it is going to be about, me being sister free. Well, as most of you know I am in texas until friday, but what you don't know is that my sister is staying. She isn't staying forever though, she is staying until May 12th and then my Uncle Donald is going to take her to the airport to be flown to St. Louis, MO and then from STL to Cape Air in Marion, IL. So for a week I will be sister free, I will miss her, but at the same time I won't. The reason I say that is because we argue a lot and at the same time we are very close. It's like how close friends are. They fight occasionally and they are very close at the same time. So a week I will not be able to argue with my sister unless it is through me texting with her. So I am happy and sad at the same time, if you know what I mean.

Well, today I was looking for a free download of the Macintosh OS by Apple and I came across a website I use for most of my downloads and I found a free download for exactly what I was looking for. Worldview Survey

Well, if you have read my posts from a while back I go to a homeschool group called CO-OP. At CO-OP we have a worldview class and a science class, the worldview class is for grades 7-9 and science class is for grades 7-8, Then we have other classes for other grades. In the worldview class that I am in a have to give at least three people a survey with the following questions:

Does God exist?

What is he like and how do you know?

What is real?

Is reality merely matter, an illusion, some combination, or something else?

What is the origin of life and the universe?

Are human beings special?

Are we just animals?

Do we have souls?

Are we basically good or basically bad or something else?

What is right and wrong?

How do we know?

Well, I like history and hate grammar. Wednesday I could concentrate on grammar a lot better than j could concentrate on history. And today I can't concentrate on history at all. It kinda stinks because I need to do my chapter review and take my test. After I do that I have some more school work I have to do an then I have a science test to take. Doesn't It sound fun? A really funny drama cover by The Reality Fun Team

Well Katie, Dayna, Chris, Hannah, Daelyn, and Me make up The Reality Fun Team. We were practicing drama's that our youth group's drama team does which is The Reality Drama Team. So since we were technically doing covers for the dramas we had to come up with a different name for the drama team because we were just part of it. So  I came up with The Reality Fun Team and I said Fun Team because we had alot of fun doing it.

I never knew it would take so long

Well in January I gave my sister my iPod Touch and since then I haven't had an MP3 Player since. So the other day me and my bands lead singer struck a deal. I have a really nice phone I don't use and she has a 2nd Generation iPod Touch. So I sent her a text and said "do you remember that phone that you offered to buy?" And she said, "Yes I do, Why?" so I said "would you like to trade it for your iPod?" and she said, "Yes." So tonight when I get to reality which is the youth center we go to, we are trading devices. The only problemo is she doesn't have any cases for it. So if anyone has a case that they could sell me for it then I would appreciate it.

My Little Sister's Birth

Well the way that I found out that I was going to be a big brother to a 3rd child is I woke up at 3:07 this morning to my grandma beside my bed saying Lori's having a baby she's in labor. Well I have wanted my dad to have another child for a long time because my other little sister and little brother are my mom and step dads children and me and Katlyn are my dad and my moms kids. So my dad now has 3 children Katlyn, Alexis, and Me. Alexis was born at 6:41 this morning from a see section because my step mom was not dilating. There is two funny things about this birth, Alexis was born a day before Katlyn's birthday and my step mom didn't even know she was prego, she just thought that she was gaining weight because she had been driving a semi since her and my dad got married last October.

I don't really know who Whittney Housten was because I didn't listen to her music. All I have to say is I am praying for her family, I am praying for her kids, stepkids, husband if she had one still, and her parents, and also her friends. Behind on school :(

Well, I didn't get to start my lunch/recess break until 1:45 today because I had to do a little bit of extra math and then I had a spelling and vocabullary test. So I have 12 minutes until I have to get back to school and do grammar, reading, and history. I personally hate the grammer book that I am in because it barely gives and explanation for what I am suppose to be doing, so I have to read the intructions like 10 times to be able to comprehend the 2 sentences of instructions on the 2 pages of work I am suppose to be doing. Reading I love, the reading book I am in is called "Of People" it is made by "A Beka", I do have moments when I am reading a story in it and I don't like the story but I like most of the stories and they are all family friendly. So the "Of People" book I would give 4 1/2 stars if I had to rate it but if I had to rate the Grammar book it would be 1/2 a star, don't get me wrong the grammar book has its up and downs, but it has mostly downs. The "A Beka World History" book is nice it has about 3-7 check-ups each chapter, and a review at the end so that parents don't have to make a study guide and then a quiz from the quiz/test booklet. I guess since the "A Beka World History" book has all that quallity in it I would give it 4 stars.

Co-oP Day!

I know that I am not suppose to capitalize the P on the end of Co-oP but I think it looks cool so I am just going to do it like that. Getting to the point of this blog post. Today I had Co-oP and I had fun, this week for our worldview class called "Light Bearers" we have a media fast where we have to fast from tv, movies, music/radio, and computers/internet. I think that this media fast will show to me how much I use my computer and other electronics, the reason I think that is because I haven't even started the 72 hr. fast and I am dreding it because I have alot of things that I use my computer for including blog post. I won't be able to use my phone because it recieves my updates from twitter, so I just wan't to get the 72 hr. fast out of the way and write the one page essay. Yep, I have to write a 1 page essay using 7 question's about how my fast went and then, I have to grade my paper. I know that some people would love to grade their paper using yourself as an answer key instead of using a answer key that was made by someone else. Me I would rather us a answer key that someone else made because I don't want to grade my paper and give myself more points that I deserve, but I don't want to not put points on that I was suppose to put on and get a bad grade. I think that is the point though is to learn to tell the truth and grade people fairly including myself. Thank you for reading this post!

Finally Got It!

Well last night at about 9:30 my sister, my grandma, and me arrived at walmart after me and katlyn had worship practice. My grandma was very tired and wanted to go home so we went to walmart and got me a few pairs of jeans and me and katie laptops. Then we went home and then katie and me plugged up our laptops and went to bed and this mornign we setup the windows and we really like them. But katie isnt to happy because her laptop battery is on lasting about 3 hrs and her box said it would last up to 5 hrs. I am really happy because my laptop has been living up to its promise and going above and beyond by doing 7 1/2 hrs when the box says up to 7 hrs. So me and katie are happy with our new laptops and how they are working for us, so I am going to go ahead and end this blog post by just saying chow and thank you for reading.

D day for new computer!!!

Well today is the day that I am suppose to be getting a brand new computer! Showing above or below this post should be a picture of the computer that I am probably going to get tonight! I am very excited which I have been saying for the past day or so.

Change of plans

Well we aren't going to best buy tonight. We are going to el telesicos for dinner with my grandmas employee. So I will get to be excited all night thinking about getting to get a brand new laptop tomorrow night. I will post more on this topic and others later. But for now I am going to stop And have to say good bye because I am doing this post on my iPod and I don't want to drain the battery on my iPod. So chow and thank you for reading this post. Alvin and the chipmunks

Well I am currently at my grandmas work watching "Alvin and the chipmunks" waiting to go to best buy to look at laptops because we are getting 2 laptops tomorrow. One for me and one for my sister, because my sisters laptop is 8 years old and it crashed. My laptop is 13 years old and is the slowest thing in the universe.

School:(

Well I have had a bad start to school:( my sister grade some of my school work last night and left my math instruction pages out of my math binder and so I can't do my Math because I am at my grandmas work and I am having trouble with my laptop connecting to the Internet 2 do my spelling city. (I am making this post on my iPod).
