My Little Sister's Birth

Well the way that I found out that I was going to be a big brother to a 3rd child is I woke up at 3:07 this morning to my grandma beside my bed saying Lori's having a baby she's in labor. Well I have wanted my dad to have another child for a long time because my other little sister and little brother are my mom and step dads children and me and Katlyn are my dad and my moms kids. So my dad now has 3 children Katlyn, Alexis, and Me. Alexis was born at 6:41 this morning from a see section because my step mom was not dilating. There is two funny things about this birth, Alexis was born a day before Katlyn's birthday and my step mom didn't even know she was prego, she just thought that she was gaining weight because she had been driving a semi since her and my dad got married last October.

Whittney Houston

I am sure that most of you have heard, Whittney Housten died, on CNN last night they said that it was a heart attack. I don't really know who Whittney Housten was because I didn't listen to her music. All I have to say is I am praying for her family, I am praying for her kids, stepkids, husband if she had one still, and her parents, and also her friends. I am also praying for Kirk Franklin because he was on of her friends

Behind on school :(

Well, I didn't get to start my lunch/recess break until 1:45 today because I had to do a little bit of extra math and then I had a spelling and vocabullary test. So I have 12 minutes until I have to get back to school and do grammar, reading, and history. I personally hate the grammer book that I am in because it barely gives and explanation for what I am suppose to be doing, so I have to read the intructions like 10 times to be able to comprehend the 2 sentences of instructions on the 2 pages of work I am suppose to be doing. Reading I love, the reading book I am in is called "Of People" it is made by "A Beka", I do have moments when I am reading a story in it and I don't like the story but I like most of the stories and they are all family friendly. So the "Of People" book I would give 4 1/2 stars if I had to rate it but if I had to rate the Grammar book it would be 1/2 a star, don't get me wrong the grammar book has its up and downs, but it has mostly downs. The "A Beka World History" book is nice it has about 3-7 check-ups each chapter, and a review at the end so that parents don't have to make a study guide and then a quiz from the quiz/test booklet. I guess since the "A Beka World History" book has all that quallity in it I would give it 4 stars.

Co-oP Day!

I know that I am not suppose to capitalize the P on the end of Co-oP but I think it looks cool so I am just going to do it like that. Getting to the point of this blog post. Today I had Co-oP and I had fun, this week for our worldview class called "Light Bearers" we have a media fast where we have to fast from tv, movies, music/radio, and computers/internet. I think that this media fast will show to me how much I use my computer and other electronics, the reason I think that is because I haven't even started the 72 hr. fast and I am dreding it because I have alot of things that I use my computer for including blog post. I won't be able to use my phone because it recieves my updates from twitter, so I just wan't to get the 72 hr. fast out of the way and write the one page essay. Yep, I have to write a 1 page essay using 7 question's about how my fast went and then, I have to grade my paper. I know that some people would love to grade their paper using yourself as an answer key instead of using a answer key that was made by someone else. Me I would rather us a answer key that someone else made because I don't want to grade my paper and give myself more points that I deserve, but I don't want to not put points on that I was suppose to put on and get a bad grade. I think that is the point though is to learn to tell the truth and grade people fairly including myself. Thank you for reading this post!

Finally Got It!

Well last night at about 9:30 my sister, my grandma, and me arrived at walmart after me and katlyn had worship practice. My grandma was very tired and wanted to go home so we went to walmart and got me a few pairs of jeans and me and katie laptops. Then we went home and then katie and me plugged up our laptops and went to bed and this mornign we setup the windows and we really like them. But katie isnt to happy because her laptop battery is on lasting about 3 hrs and her box said it would last up to 5 hrs. I am really happy because my laptop has been living up to its promise and going above and beyond by doing 7 1/2 hrs when the box says up to 7 hrs. So me and katie are happy with our new laptops and how they are working for us, so I am going to go ahead and end this blog post by just saying chow and thank you for reading.
